1. Introduction
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with photo proof.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
